Tammy Morgan Global Head of Customer Solutions
Tammy Morgan was appointed as the new leader of our Customer Solutions division, which includes Meetings & Events, in April of 2024. With over 35 years of corporate travel and events experience, Tammy is a true leader in the industry. Most recently, she served as CWT’s VP of Global Market Management, where she played a pivotal role in shaping our global market strategies and delivering unparalleled value to our clients. Tammy’s track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving remarkable results makes her the perfect fit to lead CWT M&E forward. Tammy is based in Dallas, Texas and is passionate about understanding client needs, exceeding expectations, and focusing on fostering a supportive and engaged team environment which is critical to success.
Pernilla Andrén Global Head Commercial
Pernilla began her career in the event industry in 1997 when she established her own event agency in Sweden. With a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology, she brings valuable insights into working effectively in multicultural environments. Since joining CWT in 2006 as the leader of the Swedish Meetings & Events team, Pernilla’s role has evolved significantly. Over the years, her responsibilities have expanded, and for the past five years, she has focused on the commercial aspects of Meetings & Events, including new sales and account management. Pernilla is deeply passionate about building strong, collaborative teams that deliver exceptional results while fostering a sense of empowerment and purpose.
Hayley Greaves Global Head M&E Events & Operations
Hayley Greaves is an accomplished global leader with extensive experience in the events industry. As Global VP of Operations M&E, she oversees over 500 people across the world and leads the delivery of 17,500+ events annually. Hayley is known for optimizing operations and developing high-performance teams. She has held senior roles both agency and client side. Recognized as one of Micebook Power 50’s top female leaders in 2022, Hayley is a passionate advocate for client experience, continuous improvement, as well as taking time to mentor the next generation of leaders through the Fast Forward 15 initiative.
Rachel Lunderborg Global Head M&E Process & Technology Services
Rachel is based in Scottsdale, AZ where she leads Global Process and Technology for CWT Meetings & Events. She joined CWT in 2008 as a Consultant focused on the development and optimization of business travel hotel programs. With her move to Meetings & Events, she gained experience in sourcing and contracting, vendor management, analytics and other consulting solutions. She was recognized for her accomplishments with the M&E Award of Excellence. Rachel has a SMM Certification via GBTA and is also a Certified Team Performance Practitioner from The Grove Consultants International in San Francisco. Most recently, she earned her MBA from the University of Arizona.
Jessica Weller Global Head SEO
Jessica Weller is based in Italy, where she serves as the Global Head of the Strategic Enterprise Customer organization for CWT Meetings & Events. She has been with CWT for over 10 years, leading strategic account management for global pharma clients and enterprise customers. Throughout her career, Jessica has developed expertise in strategic meetings management (SMM), consolidating travel and meetings programs, global program management, and client development. Recognized for her leadership and contributions, she has successfully driven organizational and customer strategy implementations, managed large-scale RFPs, and fostered exceptional client relationships and growth. Jessica is passionate about driving innovation and collaboration within the meetings and events industry.
